About us:

My name is Larry Nitardy, and after 36 years serving others under the umbrella of international, national, local, and home town companies, I stepped out to empower others on my own in February, 2010. It was a pleasure to have passed the 15th year mark, and now we are deeply into our 17^th. I think it has worked because we hold deeply to the concept of facilitating, educating, and coaching others. Perhaps we’re truly consultants that facilitate, educate and coach.

I feel confident in our ability to help you because of what we’ve experienced, how we’ve learned from it, and what we did to adjust, advance and succeed.
